Apple cider vinegar is a a potent healthy product. It must be taken in small increments. If I were you, I would use a tablespoon of this vinegar in a large glass of water about three times a day. This vinegar cleans out the blood vessels naturally. This is why the old people in the South just live the longest of lives. I am going to share this great idea i came up with, it is really delicious, and is great if you dont like the apple cider vinegar taste much. Yogurt-apple cider vinegar smoothie: I used about a little over half a cup of strawberry yogurt, 2 caps of apple cider vinegar and like a little less than 3/4 of milk (If you prefer thicker, use less) after that add your sweetner, could be honey, but i used condensed milk. After adding it all in, just mix it all up and plop in a straw. This is really filling, which makes it great for weight loss.

Personally I think it taste best with any kind of fruit juice or herbal teas. However I STRONGLY advise ever drinking it straight since it has been known to damage the esophagus as well as the stomach lining; it is very acidic. Taking 1-2 tbsp in another healthy drink of your choice(apple cider organic, apple or grape juice, or if you're into them: Nakeds, which can be found in just about any grocery store, etc.) a couple times a week should be good. Drinking it straight or too often can do harm. But you do not have to drink it, you can use it in salad dressings or flavoring for other foods since it also helps digestion, and blood pressure&sugar levels. From experience though, if you're not a person who can "acquire" a taste for something, don't drink it with water; that tastes the worst, haha. Good luck to you! & God bless!

I put mine in a bit of water. Sometimes with blackstrap molasses mixed in for the added nutrients. Make sure you have apple cider vinegar with the mother. It works the best. Like Bragg's.

Dilute a few tablespoons of ACV with water and drink it. Drinking undiluted might harm your enamels, throat linings and is also difficult to have due to its very sour taste.
