The first known version of rap was the song "Rapper's Delight" by The Sugar Hill Gang. American English hasn't been the same since.

The first raper? What an odd question, and I don't see how this relates to music at all. The first raper was probably a caveman who hit cave women over the head and dragged them into his cave. But, I don't know why you would want to know who the first person was to rape someone...that's sick. Oh, wait...do you mean rapper? If so, you should learn how to spell better. The first rap is commonly attributed to the Sugar Hill Gang's "Rapper's Delight," but one could argue that Gil Scott Heron or the Last Poets could be the first rappers.
(Blondie's "Rapture" was by far not the first rap song, but it was the first female rap song...and it sucked. You know that taste you get when you start to throw up, but don't, and it sticks in your mouth for several minutes? That's how "Rapture" sounds.

I would say it was the Sugar Hill gang, although Blondie's song Rapture is a close second.
