I haven't got a growth on my penis.

No there is no Medical proof of such a thing happening. But after years of prolonged smoking...you could develop serious blockages in veins slowing the blood flow and weak circulation...therefore causing impotence. Or even more serious blockages.
My Father had to have surgery to remove clots from his neck...not enough blood & oxygen was getting to his brain....causing major dizzy spells...and he has to have another operation to clear clots in Major veins in his mid section.....slowing the blood flow to his legs...he can barely walk....very little blood flow to his legs.
To make a very long story short......DO NOT SMOKE !
YOUR BODY WILL LOVE YOU FOR IT !

if you are smoking weed it can affect your performance and the growth but other than that no. Not unless you just have a short complex.

Actually it could do, as well as making you impotent. Smoking seriously affects your circulation.

it does not stunt the growth as much as it cause impotent and damage to healthy sperm....
