As they finished as the group winners, I believe they will be the home team in the 2nd round so they would/should wear white.
Should be the same colour schemes as we saw for Germany v Ecuador.......white and yellow/blue.

Home Shirt. As far as I'm aware, Yellow and White do not clash.
FIFA might decide the shorts clash, but they are different shades of blue.

White shirts I would imagine, as Portugal have a redish shade shirt.
