Is white eye liner meant to be wore by people with creamy beige skin ton?

I saw a show ware tira banks said it is to be worn to make your eys not look tiered i guess i was wrong??

I use white eyeliner is small doses...if you apply it on the inside rim of your eye a little bit goes a long way and it wakes you up. a little on the inside corners (like a v turned on its side) looks cute and not too seventies.

Some people need to use makeup to hide flaws and white liner is one of those products that is for the quick fix. Everyone can wear it but only a few really need to. White liner can make the eye appear bigger and give the look you want an added pop. thus the more alert look that was talked about on the 'TIRA BANKS SHOW'. I would have to say though if you don't need that kind of fix don't use it,...or use as little as possible. We have enough gimmicky items in our bags without adding another. =)

I wear white eyeliner when I'm tired. It makes the white in your eyes brighter, thus making you look less tired and more alert by overpowering the red veins. Don't wear too much, mind you. Just a little will go a long way.

you can wear what ever color you want, but don't go over board. I agree with what you said tyra banks said, because i use white eyliner some morning before i leave my house since it's really early and it makes my eyes look wider and more awake. but i only use it on the bottom, not the top, the top might make you look scary. im pretty white too, so i dont see why you couldn't wear it.

No, I wear it and I'm a redhead, very white skin. Just don't go overboard with it. I would use silver eye shadow with the white eyeliner, it worked for me and it looked great.

White eyeliner should not be worn period....It looks awful. If you must, brush a shimmery powder under and above your lash lines.

I don't think it matters what skin tone you have. Just don't glob it on or over do it on your eyes.
