Ok first and foremost this is a serious questions any stupid answers i will delete the question.Ok onto it now.I was sitting down earlier and started sweating yea it is hot here but I wasnt sweating because of that it was a pain like I was kicked hard as hell right in the testicles and one of them was swollen a bit.The swelling went down but it still kind of hurts.Any ideas on what mightve happened?

sometimes uour testies can cross each other in a sense and cause severe pain and swelling in one testie this is very common and should be better in a few days if not u need to seek medical attention

Hasn't ever happened to me because I'm not a guy, but there are two probables:
Black widow spiders are notorious for biting guys testicles when the guy sits down. Happens a LOT and the symptoms are right.
Could be torsion of the testicle. The testicle can twist on its cords. This is serious because the blood supply can be cut off, resulting in death of the testicle. A urologist can fix it.

I think I would probably go get a prostate exam or make sure there is nothing serious wrong with your testicles. Is it gone now?? I suppose it could be a number of things, but you need a Urologist to check you out.

You should see a urologist. My son had those symptoms. It ended up being literally a twisting of things and is serious, because it can cut off blood supply. Best wishes =)

Pins and needles maybe, it often happens, but usually not in the testicles.
