The term is expunged. And all he has to do is call his Public Defender, or if no longer attempt a) the clerk's place of work or b) the probation branch. In California, see Penal Code section 1203. incredibly, i ought to increase in this. the persons who say he's merely too previous are incorrect. Time in view that conviction does not remember. So what are you trying to hide?? Seriously, I think it would be extremely difficult for just you or me to try to find any records once they are expunged [if possible at all] but let's face it, there are always some people who have enough clout to find out anything they want.

basically, that means deleted. If you have access to higher level
government agencies records, some info actually does stay put but not at the local levels.
