If the marriage is legal then he is perfectly entitled to be with his wife when she gives birth to their child. You may be young but if the above is true, neither of you has broken any law. The police should wish you well, and so should the people on this thread.

Sweetheart, the hospital will not call the police on your husband, unless they detect something. However, I’m more concern about the age difference. Being married is cool and all, but, how old were you when the two of you started dating? What age did you get pregnant…15 or 16? Do your parents know the full story and not just pieces of truth?
Depending on your state laws and your age, before you were married, your husband could be in some trouble.

Well friend...when you say..."say he is the father"...do you mean he isn't? B/c just a little FYI...if you are legally married and pregnant, he has to go on the birth certificate unless you & the "real father" sign and affidavit stating otherwise...so if this is your plan to have him be the father..."he's in"...as far as the hosp goes...you can have the "man on the moon" attend if you wish! Don't let anyone tell your otherwise. If this is your first...you will need all the love and support you can...(hope you are going natural) It's an experience! My first was when I was 16, now I am 40 w/ 5! Phew...glad that's done! I love them all...Friend, I wish you the best of all...Just look up, and thank your Heavenly Father for your baby, your husband...and the opportunity to usher in a new generation! Amen!

Well, technically, depending on what state you're in, it would be considered statutory rape. I'm not exactly sure why a 27 year old would marry a 16 year old in the first place, but you should probably check the laws in your state before heading to the hospital.

No, as long as your parents are cool with it everything should be fine. You are married so someone had to of consented to your marriage. Yes he can be in the hospital without going to jail...

it depend on your state laws, in my state which is NJ, he wont arrested for being in the hospital but it is against the law to have a female who is a minor pregnant who is more than three years younger than you...and also your parents do not have to press charges in order for him to be arrested and prosecuted the state can press charges against him and you cant do anything to drop them either...good luck

He should be able to. My mom had me at 14, and my dad was over age, and back then he wasn't allowed, but things have changed. Congratulations!

yea he can . trust me most of my friends including me got pregnant when we were 16 and our boyfriends are around their 20's and they let them in when we were giving birth
