define cheap,,,and define decking. Are you speaking of ready made?????
You can't get much "Cheaper" than pressure treated lumber in 2 x anything.
If you have the skills, and tools, and are a DIY, then plan it out as you wish, price the lumber, and enjoy creating it.

You could always sneak out in the dead of night and nick your neighbour's up the road...LOL - very cheap then.
