The pectoral muscles support the breasts giving them a "higher" carriage, but gravity will lower them without your permission. The best basic exercises for pec development are kneeling push ups, every other day, bench flys (which shape the pec muscles from the outside) and some slow lifting military presses. These presses will strengthen and shape the upper back/shoulder muscle group. This, in turn, will encourage better posture and strength from the back of the shoulders to carry your chest weight.
Always walk with confidence and keep shoulders back. This will also strenghthen back muscles.

Put your arms out in front of you, put your palms together, then bend your elbows bringing your thumbs to touch the middle of your chest.
Now press inwards one palm against the other, if you look in a mirror while doing this you will see your boobs lift slightly, do this about 20 - 30 times per day. It tightens the muscles that lift and support the boobs.

well you cant do much. gravity makes your boobs droop. but if you really want to firm them up, then excersise. you should du push ups or lift dumb bells. ask someone who knows what excersises are the best for your breasts. it will take some time. you cant just se results in one day. unless you get surgery and thats not safe. so keep working at them. you will get your results id say in couple of weeks or months.
