No, it already is a fascist governemnt, look at how out of touch the government is with the will of the people. We have illegal immigrants poised to get total amnesty. We have a supreme court that rules that local government can sieze your private property without giving just compensation as long as there is a money benefit in it for the local government. And our congress has passed the patriot act in direct violation of the 4th amendment (sneak and peak warrants with no judicail oversight, just a rubber stamp FISA court that must be notified 72 hours-3 months after the search was conducted).

Lennin stated that fascism was the wrong name, stated in truth it is corporatism. That is what has replaced our constitutional government. Mergers of big companies to consolidate power has been going on for years. Congress has been neglectful that I know of for at least the last 33 years and most likely since 1913.
Why were they able to pull this off because most Americans have not read their own constitution that was designed for their protection. November 22, 1963 when they murdered the president of these United States on national t.v. in broad day light and was allowed to cover it up with the fictitious Warren Report. Americans should have demanded more. They should have demand to know how the Federal Government could upsurp state rights and move the murder victim out of state for the autospy. They should have screamed when the crime scene was moved to Detroit to be torn down and rebuilt causing the destruction of evidence. I might add that it was the day of his funeral that they destroyed the evidence. It always has amazed me that his murder was met with silence from the public. This November it will have been 43 years, and yet the perputors of this crime are still allowed to hide behind National Security.
Come forward 38 years and we have 3000 citizens murdered in a terrorist attack. Like during the Kennedy murder the government came out quickly with a suspect. Lee Harvey Oswald stated he was a pasty. I believe he was. Just like I do not believe that 19 arab highjackers took those planes down. The one who was supposed to have flown into the pentagon could not even fly a simple two engine plane with a commerical license in hand. If 19 arabs took out WTC 1 and WTC 2, who was responsible for building 7? If terrorist took out those buildings why would they circle the pentagon instead of a direct hit where the joint chiefs of staff were including our secetary of defense Donald Rumsfield? Why did the secret service whose job it is to protect the president allow him to go into an elementary school where it was publish he would be there. They knew before they entered that school that there was a real possiblity that multiple planes had been highjacked. Then when he finally left they flew around the airspace in Flordia without fighter planes protecting airforce one? Seems they might have had inside information.
What amazes me most is that when the frontal attack on our government occurred in 2000, again the American people were more satisfied to be able to label people with titles as "sore loosers" "sour grapes" and any other vile name they could think of instead of debating the issues. They were satisified with high school behaviors to explain national issues. Flordia supreme court acted appropirately by demanding a state wide recount, it was what their laws demanded of them. When they did that Bush and Cheney went to the United States Supreme Court and sued to stop the recount upsurping state rights. Bush's father had packed that court with 4 of the 5 judges who violated the constitution when they selected the president without upholding state rights. They made a decision they had no right to make, it was a state issue and should have been resolved by the state.
They have no intention of having a criminal investigation for the pre-meditated murders on Sept 11, 2001. What evidence that they have not already destroyed they will hide behind national security. There is no accountablility in our government, they all consider their oaths a vain custom of the people. It has no meaning anymore to them, and since most Americans are clueless to their constitutional protections they have no value to place on what a oath of office means.
The only way to stop fascist controlled government is with our constitution, right now it is on life support. It will take the people to revive it. Any elected official is under oath and affirmation to uphold defend and preserve the constitution of the united states of america. Failure to do so is considered a high crime and depending upon the serverity possible treason.

In the more common case that a movement did not or has not yet come to power, it is included on this list if it meets six of the following seven criteria:

The most notable characteristic of a fascist country is the separation and persecution or denial of equality to a specific segment of the population based upon superficial qualities or belief systems.

If you'll read the Constitution FOR ONCE IN YOUR MISERABLE LIFE .....
you'll find there is no right to privacy.
Want to know why the Founding Fathers left it out? Simple. People would be able to plan crimes and break laws in private, and claim Constitutional protection. The F.F.s recognized that fact, and refused to grant sanctuary to criminals.
We can't have pedophiles claiming a right to privacy in viewing kiddie porn in their homes.
We can't have bank robbers saying they have a right to privacy to plot their next heist.
We can't have folks claiming the right to privacy to set up a meth lab in their garage.

"Imagine yourself in a land where your countrymen followed the voice of political extremists who didn't like your religion. Imagine having everything taken from you, your entire family sent to a concentration camp as slave laborers, then systematically murdered. In this place, they even take your name and replace it with a number tatooed to your arm. It was called the Holocaust, when millions of people perished just beacause of their faith."
Too many of you people have no idea how lucky and well off you are.
