Hell no thats not true, they have dark brown eyes, alot have Hazel

I'm no expert on Hispanic people but any eye-color is possible, although it is more common for Hispanics to have brown eyes. Ive noticed that allot of Cubans have green eyes maybe he is confused about ethnic backgrounds.
