This guy I've been talking to for a while now online just gave me his cell phone number, but I'm not sure I should call and if I did is there any way to call him without allowing him to see my number, I mean I trust him and everything, but you always want to be careful. Should I call?

It seems to me, you still have doubts about this guy, dont call him, until you know him better, and feel a lot more comfortable about his having your number.
Worse comes to worse and he has your number, you can always change it. It's a pain, but at least you have that option.

YES!! Call him....I met my hubby on-line...we talked for a while, met and have been together ever since...been married 3 years now!!
CALL HIM!! You will never know what could have been if you don't!
P.S. If you don't want him to have your number just yet, you can always get a calling card!!

How could you trust someone you've only met on-line? He could say anything and act like anyone to get your attention. DO NOT CALL HIM. Have some sense, girl!

*67 blocks your number from caller i.d. if you dial that before you dial his number. Sometimes your call won't go through though, because the other phone doesn't accept private calls.
