Don't know who Jim Breuer is, but unless he's been doing SNL for more than about ten years, he ain't the original Goatboy, no way no how...
First reported Goatboy sightings were in the shows of Bill Hicks, comedy master and champion of sanity. Goatboy would occasionally surface when Hicks felt his audience was getting too comfortable with what he hoped was challenging material. Whenever he felt the crowd agreeing with him too much, Hicks would undergo a transformation, dropping his voice and becoming "Randy Pan the Goatboy" as a way of saying things he hoped would take his audience to a level where even loyal fans were like "Holy Moly, did he just say that?"
Goatboy as I know him is the manifestation of all the things, especially the dark horny things, that are part of your everyday Joe's mind, but beaten into submission by the day-to-day, the modern world and the need to be a "nice guy"...
Interested to see what the NEW Goatboy does...
