Look at the Received: headers of your mail (you may have to do a View Source or other command). They are at the very top of the headers. They will show you when the message arrived at various machines in the path. (Take note of different time zones.) You can see who's responsible for any delay here. Then report it to your ISP if they are responsible (I expect they are).

Go to RESTORE SYSTEMS and set the computer back a few weeks.
