My beautiful 5 month old little boy I love him so much.

I always ask my dates this on the first or second date to see what kind of drive they have. As for myself, I get inspired by autobiographical books and paintings, and a good sunset (I live in the plains where you can see it for miles and sometimes it fills the whole sky with its pretty colors.) Also rainbows after a hard rain and being in the mountains (with the fresh air and scenic views.) I get motivated by people who I know that have achieved a personal goal, like my dad losing 50 lbs. in 9 mos., or my boss quitting smoking after smoking 4 packs a day for 40 years. Stuff like that.

Inspirational books that speak of our God as an all-loving God. That give messages of hope and inspiration and empowerment.
Some great authors are Neale Donald Walsch (Conversations with God series), Dr. Wayne W. Dyer, Sonia Choquette, Sylvia Browne, Marianne Williamson, William Thomas Tucker, Esther and Jerry Hicks, Louise L. Hay, David Hawkins, Ram Dass and Dr. Doreen Virtue.

It depends on what I am going for. In career it is success and money, in personal life probably emotion, which is not necessarily a good thing. It is much harder to control than greed.
