You can day trade the ticker GLD, which is a gold-based EFT. There's one other, Ishares Comex Gold or something like that, but I dont' know the ticker.

Good luck, I hope you don't lose your money. Commodities are notoriously unpredictable.

I dont see why not. All you need is a online broker deal like Ameritrade or any of those that let you trade for 8 bucks a share.
Thats how I would start.

yes you can . The way in which you chose to day trade will determine how you can and/or how often you can trade them online.
