I think you should start charting your BBT & CM, that way you know and understand more about your fertility. This website: fertilityfriend.com is awesome for helping you begin to do this. once you begin charting your information you can decide when it is best for you two to begin trying to get pregnant. Good Luck

The more you try, the more likely it's not going to happen. You need to relax! The more stressed you are, your body won't even allow it to happen. You have TONS of time to conceive a healthy child. I'm 30 and I just had my baby.
My husband and I "winged it" for two years. Then, I started charting my ovulation and getting tips for my ovulation. I got pregnant within 4 months of using test kits and I now have a beautiful baby girl!

It took my sister 6 years to have a baby. Its not as easy for some as others. Your stress doesn't help at all. They used fertility drugs, invetro, schedules, the works and nothing. Once they said they were going to stop for awhile was got pregnant and 9 months later I got my niece! Don't rush anything of this nature, you need to realize that when God is ready for you to be a mom you will be.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your fiance to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Why are you in such a rush? Most 20 year olds are not prepared, especially financially, for children. I think that six months w/no conception is when infertility may be considered to be a problem.

Well, maybe you should get married first. God may bless your union with a child, but a planned, illegitimate child is a very sad way to start life.

First, get married and grow up a little. You sound like you are 12 years old.

I'll assume you are getting married in a few months.
You do realize Fiance's can break up. He is still basically your boyfriend.
But I would suggest have sex in the moring instead of at night.

well first stop and relax. stress is not doing so good for you.
And if you think u are ovulating, well just have sex. And if you have any bad habits like drinking or smoking stop. it goes for your boyfriend to. it could also be the sperm not been strong enough.
