Go to Control panel and then USER accounts. You can actually create user login names and set a password. Or you can just set a password to the administrator if thats your main login account.

If you wannt to setup a password to protect your pc, please restart it. When your pc starts you can see prasse like " F12 Setup" or " Press Delete for Setup" or something like that( this is different with different motherbord and its BIOS). do waht it tells you to do and sign into COMS Settings Program. There you can setup both Setup Password( a password for us you pc) and System Password( a password for modify your COMS settings);
Likewise you can setup a password for your operating system . just signin as Administrator and setup password for all user accounts in this OS in Control panel\ Users and disable Gust account.
Good luck!
