Yes if he is underage its time to get his parents involved and the best way to do that is have her Dad do it.
Either way a restraining order is in order.

Be very careful. Sometimes this is just a romantic thing and on others it can be a criminal thing. Some guys think if they keep chasing they will eventually win. But other guys have a problem. If he is irational, don't hesitate to have your girlfriends dad call the police before someone gets hurt. They can shake him up and hopefully he will stop without ever pressing charges. What ever you do be careful. There are cooks out there.

Well what does he want? Is he older? If he is then tell the police or someone in authroity about him, because he could be dangerous. If he's younger, you're just gonna have to accept the fact that he's an annoying little freak and try to get his parents to ground him or tell him to buzzz off. If that doesn't work, well theres really not a whole lot you can do about an annoying, harmless kid.

If he really crosses the line, you could get a restraining order. I agree with the above answer as well, if you all are underage, get parents involved.

you should go to the police and file a report of him stocking you, or go to his parents and tell them the problem. and you can also go to the phone comany and tell them not to connect his phone calls to hers....this guy wont stop and i think you need to do these.

Go to the courts and see if she can file for a restraining order. He seems as if he is harrassing her and can become harmful to her or any one who tries to stop him.

since actions speak louder than words, and what this person wants is to cause problems, if ignoring him doesn't make him go away, talk to someone you trust who has authority about how to make him go away. (school counselor, older sibling, or police officer.)
