45 years ago Nordstrom was ONLY a shoe store. I even got my shoes at the first Nordstrom here in the Seattle area! I am 50 years old. Did you know that Nordstroms policy on shoes was 100% guaranteed? Yes, Nordstrom would take the shoes back if they didn't fit you right and you hated them. Nordstom is the only place on Earth that will guarantee the total satisfaction in the quality of their shoes and the fit. They are #1 for shoes, always have been. Did you know that the Nordstom mascot was a little white ghost type creacher called "Nordy"? I don't see him around anymore. Wonder where he went?

Yes i definitely think that Nordstrom is the best place to shop. Anyone with class would know that. Macys is so lower class than Nordstrom's. They have the best shoe dept ever and if you need help just ask Al or Arnold , they are so helpful. Lord and Taylor and Saks is for old farts .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely. Nordstrom started as a shoe store in the Pacific Northwest at it's beginnings and then moved into other areas. Especially if you have hard to fit feet!

It depends on how much you are willing to spend, and what sizes you are looking for. Nordstrom is KNOWN for carrying a wide array of sizes. I like Nordstrom for shoes. But hey, I like Nordstrom period. And having worked there for 3 years, I am a little biased.

Yes, during the half yearly sale. But there are so many places you can shop.
If you're an online shopper, try www.zappos.com. DSW is a great place too.

no I think DSW is the best place.. Every $250 dollars I spend I recieve 25 bucks back for another pair of shoes. www.dswshoes.com I can shop at home and have them delivered to my door.. LIFE IS GOOD!!
