Maybe that is because they are illegal. Maybe they are illegal because too many people have lost too many flingers. Maybe too many people have lost too many flingers because they don't know what they are doing. Maybe with too many people trying to do what they don't know how or what to do, the state decided to protect them from their own stupidity by making it illegal to buy, sell or use fireworks in the state of Nebraska.
