i have had the toolbar for months but not the msg. had problems installing it. finally, i was successful but that is when my yahoo toolbar vanished! so i removed it and redownloaded it. still nothing. i love my yahoo toolbar so if anyone has a clue for me to get it back ,,,, i would really appreciate it.

When you installed it if you clicked on don't install toolbar during the set up, thats why it is gone.
If not then you may have to adjust your view of toolbars at the top of your explorer page.

Right click near the address bar and make sure there's a check beside Yahoo Toolbar.

go to the top and click on VIEW then Toolbars. Make sure the yahoo toolbar view option is checked. Make sure you downloaded the correct one. There are two yahoo toolbar downloads, one for IE and one for Mozilla/Firefox. If you installed it correctly, it should be on your browser.

In Internet Explorer, select "View" on the menu bar, then "Toolbars", and make sure that 'Yahoo! Toolbar" is checked. If not, select it.
