sand in your shower gel... you're laughing but it works!! Salt just dissolves in the water.

One cup of Seas Salt, Aloe Vera Gel and Honey if you want it scented skip the honey and add a little bath gel. if you get the real sea salt it's like tiny rocks and it doesn't dissolve in water what do you think Bath and Body products are made out of.

I like ground up almonds, honey and mayo. You can even make the mayo yourself.

salt and lemon juice smells lovely as well.
