There are a number of remedies for getting a judgement that's awarded to you. A lot of states are cracking down on deadbeat dads. If you know where he is, where he works, etc. you can probably force the money out of him by having his wages attached.
Invest in an hour or two of a lawyer's time to find out what would work best in your situation.

if your in the US and have a court order demanding child support than go to state family court or just call them. chances are the state is tracking everything but are too slow to make a move, you need to keep on it.
