I have felt trapped in the wrong body since i was 8 , my partner knows i like to cross dress but she doesn't know my true inner feelings ie; I want to be a woman I don't want to lose her.

If she already knows that you cross dress, how does she feel about that? Is she happy to continue in this relationship as it is? Do you both have a healthy and fulfilling sex life with each other? Would she be just as happy being with a woman instead of a man? Or is your relationship suffering as a result of it all? You have so many things to ask your self and her. Only you can decide what is best for you and your relationship, but she does have a right to know how you feel. Consider getting some councilling before you risk every thing you have. You deserve to be happy but so does she. If you have known each other for so long she will probably already know that you are not completey happy and maybe she will understand, don't rush into it seek counciling either on your own or together first.

If you tell her that you want to be a woman you WILL lose her. Can you imagine how she would feel if you confessed that to her. Another thing you should think about is if you have kids, how would they take it that there dad is now thier other mom. If you have survived this long without revealling it maybe you should keep it in longer, for the sake of her feeling and any family you have.

You probley are trapped I have watched this on Tv if you know how your partner is like how he would take you should tell him and go for the person you trully want to be with.

It will depend how she will handle the situation.
In reality you will have to loose her because you will no longer be a man but a woman. Tell her the truth and live your sexuality.

I wouldnt want to know! But you can probally tell her and then not do anything drastic about it.. Being a women isnt that great hun!
