Mirko CroCop filipovic vs. Fedor Emelianenko at PrideFC Final Conflict if you havn't seen it or don't know who they are I honestly feel sorry for you because it was a life changing build up and climax to an amazing career for both fighters and the world of MMA will never be the same again and has lost so much of it's luster since the outcome of this fight became known around the world.

I think its Gutenburg's invetion of the printing press; since with its invention, knowledge could be spread more efficiently and to the public instead of being hoarded by priests copying parchment everyday. True, birth of Christ was important, but the founding act of Christianity would've never been known if not for the mass productions of copies of the bible (made possible by the printing press!!!)
