Wouldn't it be nice if organ donation was mandatory in all cases where the organs are healthy? Routine. Someone dies, organs, tissues harvested, remains cremated, ashes given to family.
This process makes the most sense in terms of passing on the gift of life to those who are waiting and eliminates the sad practice of "viewing a body" then painfully watching it being buried in precious land.

I would donate all of them because I would be dead anyway...unless I were donating one kidney while I was alive.

Yeah, I would donate all of my organs because if I die, I'd still be healthy right? I have never smoked, drank, and I excercise regularly...so I think it would be good for me to do.

I would donate one of my kidneys, because I can still live with one and I still would help someone else live.

After I'm dead, They can have any organ that would be beneficial to someone else...living..I guess a kidney or partial liver, seeing as how I need the rest for my own survival.

My Penis because it's HUGE!!!
gawd...
Ok, we got that out of the way now didn't we? So nobody else needs to say it? lol
I think the heart is the most expensive, most important and longest waiting list for donors, just above the liver. So I'd say heart first, liver second...
