I find it a good way to relax at the end of a long day but some of the questions and answers and attitudes round here get me wound up.

No - when I give the perfect answer and the asker or the voters reject it my blood pressure goes up and up.

Sitting in front of a PC instead of exercising is not too good for blood pressure either.

Not if people are giving rude answers or ticking you off. But if they are not and you have a serious question and it is answered well, it can take some stress off your life too which can be good.

Maybe not, but it does exercise the mind!
Takin' the marbles out and playin' with them every now and then is a good thing!
