I think that any compliment that is genuine and from the heart is the best compliment you can pay someone. Saying something because it might be the best compliment ever makes it meaningless.

one of my friends was staring at me for a while once and when I asked what he was looking at he said ..."sorry, but you are just completely beautiful and I find it hard to not stare at you sometimes"
I think that has to be the best compliment I ever received.

....but only if it is TRUE!!!!
ppl can always tell when ya spinnin a line, even if they seem to believe it at the time, be sure of this: it IS filed away for future reference

The biggest compliment is trust, you say you trust someone and it makes them feel amazing.

Anything really...well i say anything, but aslong as its sincere then any compliment is always well received! Also body language is important, eye contact shows intensity.
