I've got no privacy where I live and it's not because I'm being watched it's the next door neighbours kids! Thank God I'm moving in 3 weeks, it's a lot more peacefull where I'm going!

That's called paranoia. Some people feel like that when they are feeling guilty about something. But some people feel like this all the time. It is a psychological disorder. It's usually not serious, but sometimes it can be.
