To convert ounces(oz) and pounds(lbs) to grams(g) and kilograms(kg), just remember that
16 ounces(oz) = 1pound(lb)

1 oz is equal to 28.3 gr. However in your question if 5 oz is equal to 140 grams, it means that 1 oz is equal to 28 g instead of 28.3g. Then this makes the calculation simple, because we don't need to work on the fraction part of the numbers.

1 oz = 28 g
16 oz = 1lb = 448 g (16 times 28)
? oz = 2lbs = 896 g ( 2 times 448)

The asnwer is 32.
I hope I could have helped you.

there are 16 ounces in a pound, so two pounds of anything would weigh a total of 32 ounces (16 X 2 = 32)

as an aside, a pound of feathers and a pound of lead weigh exactly the same, but when dropped on your head they fell very different. (LOL)

2lb = 907.2g

(5/140) = (x/907.2)
cross multiply
140x = 4536
divide both sides by 140
x = 32.4oz

ANS : 32.4oz
