It's curry and garlic. Arabic and Indian food can often make you kind of "smell like it"

I saw an episode on Mysterious Diagnosis and there was a girl who smelled really bad, she was finally diagnosed with excess of Trimethylamine in her urine. It is a metabolic where the liver cannot process the trimethylamine, a naturally occuring bacteria in the intestines properly. It can be triggered by liver or kidney disease or excessive amounts of a chemical choline which the body turns into trimethylamine. There is no cure but some dietary changes can help. Avoid salt water fish, egg yolks, liver, kidney , and legumes. I am not a doctor so I would suggest you go to yours. This should be able to give you some questions to ask. I hope this helps.

If you did a global poll, (everyone in the world gets a vote each), then White Europeans and White Americans would get the most votes, because they smell of garlic and/or dairy products most of the time.
