Talk to him. If you cant get a straight answer, forget about him, some guys are just jerks.

Kiss now days has lost most of its meaning. Like curse words have lost their meanings.
Normal Kiss can be considered a greeting, something that is not really special. Adult kiss. . .
Anyway, flirting with other girls is something guys do sub consciously if they are confident sort. While nervous kind takes all their will just talk to girls.
So, don't think too much on simple flirting. Besides are you guys going out? and does the guy know that you guys are going out? If not, of course guys will flirt with others.

He sounds like a bit of a jerk to me, particularly about what he did to you with prom. I would have a good think about whether you really want him, or whether you just want a boyfriend. If it's the latter, try to find one who doesn't get jealous as easily, and one that isn't such a hypocrite. But, if you are, as you say, in love with him and want him back, try this: Firstly, you need to stop having sex with him, particularly if he's involved with another girl. If he has both of you obeying his every whim, he's going to keep acting the way he's acting because he's getting what he wants out of it; be adamant - it's girlfriend, or it's nothing. It'll also be good for you to back off - physically - because it means you've got more space to figure out where you stand emotionally. Secondly, stay on friendly terms with him. If you're determined to get him back, you're probably aware that this could take a while and it'll be easier to win him back if you're still close to him (as a friend ONLY; if you blur the boundaries between friend and girlfriend, you'll never get him back in the way you want him. It'll always be a cheap imitation of what you had before). If he's pushy about your friend status and is angling for friends with benefits or something, remind him that you're not dating anymore and that he already has the other girl to mess around with. Lastly, a few subtle reminders about what he's missing by not dating you probably wouldn't go astray. Don't make him too jealous - from what you've said above it sounds like he gets jealous easily - but a few reminders like 'I'm single, I'm allowed to flirt' will probably have quite a good impact. You could even go as far as to point out that it's his fault you're single, but don't do that if he'll react badly - you'll know better than I do how he'll react. Also, if you wearing Tony's sweatshirt bothers him so much, borrow one of your ex's instead. That way he can't complain.

The best advice on this situation is he's probably not a nice guy. Sounds like he's cheating on you. Just break up with him. You don't deserve having someone cheating on you.
You might want to talk to him a little too. Get some facts down. But most likely you have enough information to break up with him.

Confront him and if he acts like its not a big deal then give him a taste of his own medicine, flirt like hell with other guys. If he doesn't seem to care that you're promiscuous then he's not worth it. If he confronts you about it then talk about it and tell him exactly how you feel. Guys have to be approached with honesty and straightforwardness, that's the only way to get through to them.

don't worry a lot of guys like this only like to see how you kiss or how far you would go with him. flirt with another guy in front of him and see he reacts.

Either 1) He thinks he's "the man" now and can pick up any girl he wants, or 2) He's immaturely trying to aggrivate you to get your attention

Ask him what was the kiss about?was it to use u or because he wants to be together.tell him that flirting hurt u,and if your going 2 be togther he can't be doing that.good luck gurl

It was just a kiss...who cares...if he is going ot be jerk and flirt with girls in front of you..then you don't need him...simple as that.
