conventionally i suppose you could try gradual desensitisation by regularly touching fabrics which are less soft and gradually building up?

You could try hypnotherapy. It has worked for various things for myself and my mum and aunt.
I'm the same but with those waterproof jackets. The sound they make if you brush against them makes me squirm and go all cold. Its horrible when your on the bus and someone wearing the fabric you hate sits down next to you, isnt it?
