Fantasies are a normal part of the human mind.
Its just keeping the realization that you will not follow up on these fantasies that help strengthen your relationship.
Completely censoring yourself off will only damage your relationship, because you'll feel horrible if you let one "slip thru".
I've been married since last August. Both of us look and fantasize- but neither of us have any intentions on ever actually DOING anything like that.

That's the point, it's a fantasy! IT IS NOT FACT! Both men and women fantasize, there is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with it. It can even enhance your sex life if you start discussing your fantasies, you might share them (e.g. both secretly dream of having another boy/girl in bed)

you cant control it. so don't try. just know that he is also fantasizing about people and that is natural. just don't act on it and you'll be fine. fantasizing is the minds way of experiencing other things without getting the body in trouble.

I think fantasies are absolutely normal. Your partner may well be fantasizing too. Unless they are causing problems in your marriage I wouldn't worry about.

I don't need to fantasize, but play bedroom games to spice up your sex lives, then as long as he is fulfilling your needs then there is no reason to fantasize.

Try remembering the person you fell in love with and what originally attracted you. I try to remember my husbands long hair and the lines of his hips. When that doesnt work I put his head on my fantasy and pretend he is talking dirty. It usually gets my attention back on my man.

Don't fight nature. Fantasies are just that-fantasy. As long as you don't act on it, you can do it all you want. Oh yeah-just don't call out the wrong name in the sack.
