I wish I could give you that answer straight up, just like a shot of Tequila.
The Government made a lot of Propaganda movies for us during WW11, and showed us sending , Chocolate, wheat, Cigarettes to France and Italy. It was a train, and wow, hey, where were we when Katrina hit. Not a plane one, here was our President begging us to give our money to the Red Cross which is really controlled by the Government isn't it?
I'm confused sometimes. We are in a fix. I would have to hire the Pentagon to tell me where my taxes go. Certainly not the FBI. They no longer exist, now that the Pentagon has given them a workover, and also, given them a large part of the Blame game.
