For anyone who knows an answer to this one... :)?

Question

I was looking at June 19, 2004 issue of "People" Magazine and they had pictures of Brad, Angelina and their kids. They looks so precious and adorable together :) I've noticed, that there are couple of numbers "written" on the Angelina Jolie's left upper arm, and I was just curious as to what they mean.

I believe, they are some sort of coordinates... But what are they coordinates of? Anyone knows? :)

The numbers look like this:
N11[degrees] 33' 00" E104[degrees] 51' 00"
N09[degrees] 02' 00" E098[degrees] 45' 06"

Current Tattoos


The latest tattoo, it features a 20cm wide, 30cm long tiger which is located on her lower back. Angelina got this tattoo in Bangkok, where she spent two hours having the tattoo done. The tattoo was blessed by the tattoo artist (Sompong Kanphai) who chanted an ancient hymn. Angelina stated that she felt that her life had been filled with luck after receiving the first tattoo from him. (Khmer tattoo)



This tattoo features a design that means "Strength of Will", located on the inside of her right forearm. This tattoo covered up a tattoo she had gotten together with Billy Bob Thornton.



This tattoo features "Know Your Rights" on her back, inbetween her shoulder blades.



This tattoo features the Roman Numerals for 13, and they are located on the inside of her left forearm. She got this tattoo because she doesn't believe in superstitions.



This tattoo, located on her left shoulder blade, shows Magical Pali incantation written in Khmer, the native language of Cambodia. She got this tattoo to protect herself and Maddox from bad luck and avoid accidents. The lines read:

May your enemies run far away from you.
If you acquire riches, may they remain yours always.
Your beauty will be that of Apsara. (a celestial dancer from Khmer mythology)
Wherever you may go, many will attend, serve and protect you, surrounding you on all sides.




Later on in life, Angelina got "Billy Bob" tattooed above the black dragon, in reference to her second husband. She has had "Billy Bob" removed since they broke up. It took more than five operations of laser surgery.



This tattoo was originally a black dragon on her upper left arm. She then however added it too it later in life. (see above)



This tattoo shows the words of a quote from Tennessee Williams, "A prayer for the wild at heart, kept in cages," on the inside of her left forearm. Her mother was present when she got this tattoo.



This tattoo shows a dragon, with a blue window beneath it, and both are on her lower back. They symbolize her feeling that all her life she found herself looking out a window, wishing she were somewhere else.



This tattoo is a rune shaped design, resembling the letter H, and it is on the inside of her left wrist. Angelina got this tattoo to remind her of (rumoured) former boyfriend Timothy Hutton. But she knows states that it is to remind her of her brother, James Haven.



This tattoo was to cover the below tattoo, and it black cross with the latin phrase "Quod me nutrit me destruit" beside it. This phrase translates to: "What nourishes me, destroys me."



This tattoo was on Angelina's lower hip, and it was a black dragon with a blue tongue. She got this tattoo covered later on by the tattoo above. "I dropped my pants in a tattoo parlor in Amsterdam. I woke up in a waterbed with this funky-looking dragon with a blue tongue on my hip. I realized I made a mistake, so a few months later I got a cross to cover it. When my pants hang low, it looks like I'm wearing a dagger!".



This tattoo is on Angelina's lower back, and they are two tribal signs. It is unclear what they represent.


Removed Tattoos


This tattoo was a special design, created by Angelina and Billy Bob Thornton. It was located on the inside of her right forearm, just below her elbow. She did not have it removed, she had it covered up with a new tattoo. (see above, "Strength of Will")



This tattoo is the Chinese symbol for "courage," and she got it to match a tattoo her husband at the time (Jonny Lee Miller) had. She later had this tattoo removed because she felt it wasn't her.



Angelina's first tattoo, on her left shoulder. This tattoo is the Chinese symbol for "death," and she got it so that whenever she sees it, it would remind her to live. It appears to me that this tattoo was removed to get her Cambodian writings tattoo.


Unseen Tattoos

Angelina apparently has one tattoo just below her navel of energy waves. However there are no pictures of this tattoo, so perhaps it was removed. It was done in 1998 at Urban Primitive Body Design by the artist Daemon Rowanchilde.
