The principles that guide me on the job are the same ones that guide me in my family life and my community life.

I decided a long time ago the beacons that would guide my life and have remained 99% faithful to those core values over the years. No matter how good an idea may be, if it doesn't fit my values ... it's not for me.

When I say 99% faithful to my values ... that's where the tests come in. There have been times when I have strayed from the course, and found myself in deep doo-doo. Those are the times that solidify my course in life and make me know that I'm doing the right thing most of the time.

Hope this helps!

Getting everything done and all I can, to please the management. You're supposed to be worth 10X your salary to a company. So, you should be at LEAST 10X your worth in work!
