norton antivirus crap says it cant fix/quarantine/delete it, piece of crap. need help plz

Read all of that page and it gives you steps to trying to delete it.
Maybe try downloading other Antivirus software if that does not work. Search for free ones on the web.

This new AS program is getting great reviews for it ability to remove many types of spyware. The free version does not do Auto updates, so update it prior to using it.
