Do you use tampons? It may be the leftover clot. Perhaps your period is coming early this month. Go see a gynecologist.

are u sexually active? bleeding may mean different things. i dont know but the first thing i thought of was maybe you have cysts on your vagina walls or fibroids in your uterus which are bleeding and hence the outcome. but you might also have a miscarriage ( i hope not). either way, if bleeding is significant then you should go to your gynecologist to check it out. high amounts of blood which are present before your period are not normal. any other time that you can bleed between your periods is when you are spotting.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/eR3LF

Could you have been pregnant? Sounds like a really early miscarriage. It's often mistaken for a period. You should go and see the doctor to confirm, or check for anything else.

Sorry to sound detailed and very explicit. Depending on the hole its coming out of. its the wee or poo hole then i suggest seeing a doc immediately... very quickly. If its the middle one then its either period, a result of violent sex or maybe a miscarriage. Get it checked out. A&e if you have to.. Ring the first to save a waste of a visit.
