The current leader is Miroslav Klose of Germany with four goals. He would be my tip at this stage. I think that Brazil and Germany will go a lot further in the tournament giving both men the opportunity to score goals in the remaining three or four games. I tip Klose to maintain his lead as Ronaldo did not look like scoring in the first two games.

I think with Germany being on their home soil that Klose has a real good chance at winning the golden boot award.

Ronaldo does not need a golden boot, he needs to be booted out of the team, He was pathetic, and so was Ronaldinho

Unless Henri scores a hat trick against Italy (because from Portugal I do not expect any goals but the tactical waste of time soccer they have played during this tournament), then It will go to Klose.

It is not going to be Ronaldo even though he is really good. It is going to be Klose from Germany team.
