I recommend anything that is Windows Mobile based, they'll be able to play MP3s. You won't usually find GPS and Wi-Fi paired together in a device along with a phone, but you will almost always find bluetooth, so it may be better for you to get a device that has bluetooth and then get a bluetooth GPS receiver. That said, I have two recommendations: Palm Treo 700W (not 700P), and the UTStarcom 6700 (I think it's the 6700, it's a sliding model). Both run Windows Mobile 5.0, and both run Bluetooth. The Treo 700w you will need to get a Wi-Fi media card to plug into the SD-SDIO slot, but the other one (which goes by different names depending on which company you're going with, but the 6700 will remain the same) has the built in Wi-Fi. Both have a built in phone, and both also have a keypad. You are not likely to find a PDA-phone that runs on AA batteries, they usually run on a lithium-ion battery that can be recharged almost indefinitely.
