There have been a number of recent news stories on CNN and other news sites about weather control in China. They have used cloud seeding in the Henan province, which is suffering from a prolonged drought, and succeeded in producing rain. They are also planning to use this method to prevent dust storms during the upcoming Olympic Games.

Oh come on are you really for real? Our weather can be controlled in some spots but not all over the world.Yes when somthing is sent up into space as the government says it is(?) it can control the atmosphere tremendously. If we knew the answer to that question we wouldn't be able top anwer these questions...If the government is that sharp they could get on this site and shut it down also.Hey are they that concerned with what everyone is doing? And if the government can control the weather why can't they control violence?

Starting to be yes. Obviously if used for good it is a great idea. Cloud seeding to make artificial rain has been around for about 50 years. Currently we've been experimenting with steering storm systems like Hurricanes. I suppose this could have military applications too. The link I gave is interesting even if it is mostly conspiracy based there is some factual info.

You cannot be serious???? Are you so stupid you actually think there is a magic machine somewhere deep inside a mountain somewhere in Colorado where somebody can just push a button and order up a hurricane to hit South Florida or New Orleans?
Bill Clinton made a speech that sounded as though he believes this is now technically possible. Is scares the living hell out of me that a former President of the United States can actually think this is true.
Question: How stupid can the Bush haters in this country possibly get??????
Answer: Pretty god damn pathetically STUPID!!!
SHEESH!!!!!!!
