So many people already do it, even though they are not supposed to. And I'm sure more would if they thought they could get away with it. So I think if it was made legal for anyone to smoke marijuana in the United States of America, I think that at least 60% to 75% of people would indulge in the habit!

Weed is legal no where, although police look the other way in the Netherlands. You can buy it from coffee shops. Being able to get this so freely, you would think everyone would smoke it, but this is not the case. This would be the same for North America. It is not hard for people to get here. If you want to smoke it, you're going to be able to get it and do so, so I don;t think the numbers would change at all.

You'd probably have as many people smoking marijuana as you do cigarettes so the percentage would be really high, I'd say over 100%!

Not many more, if people wanna do it, it's not that hard to do it. It's everywhere. But it would probably go up a bit for those that are too dumb to find it when it's illegal.

Probably about 35-45%. It is not as dangerous directly as tobacco cigarettes are, but it's hallucinogenic effects cause more damage than tobacco cigarettes.
