basic theory is 8 mansions, you need to get your kua based on our birthdate. then if you're an east person then your good directions are north, south, east and south east. and your bad are the other 4 directions.
if you're a west person, your good are NW,W,SW and NE, while the rest are your bad.
of the 4 good: one is for sucess, another for love/romance; another for health, and last for stability of mind.
of the 4 bad, 1 is worst of all, and you should watch out for this.
here the emphasis is that location and directions are 2 different concepts.
basically you want to put the bedroom, main door and living at the good; while putting the kitchen, toilet and stairs at the bad locations.
