Of course they do, You can help if your hot hairy balls itch especially if you have to wear pants all day. They should make a law where people dont have to wear clothes. So they dont have the urge to scratch ,or you could just shave the hair.

No...only uncultured and unclean men do it. They are sick and disgusting. If I made laws, whenever a man scratches himself he should get electroshock to his privates.
