i am in alot of real bad pain. what would do if even if the doctor pain med have little merit?

There are doctors that specialize in pain management. Check your phone book or call your doctor. I'm sorry that you are suffering. After you have exhausted traditional forms of pain control, look into acupuncture, massage therapy, and even meditation. They all work for me. Peace.
