I have just been to the toilet and had a wee. When I wiped there was blood, when I looked down the toilet there was clotted jelly like lumps of blood at the bottom. There was about seven of them and they were a bit bigger than a marble in size. The bleeding is light now. I am not due on my period for another fortnight. Does anybody know what might have caused this bleeding.?

Is there a chance you could be pregnant? If there is, it could be an early miscarriage. If there isn't a chance of pregnancy, it could just be your period coming early. Sometimes women have irregular cycles from time to time that don't mean anything, just your body doing something funny.

If you are really concerned, talk to your doctor. They should be able to answer any questions you have. Don't worry, this isn't a dumb/stupid question. We get this all the time. Usually they will want to see you to rule out any problems or illnesses you could have.

It just be a blood clot that formed from your last period and it's your bodies way of getting rid of it. That would explain the lumps of blood.

I would watch it and see what happens. If you start having pain, or feel sick in any way, call your doctor.

If you are on the pill, it could just be breakthrough bleeding. Some women have that more then once if they have just started taking it. If it doesn't stop, or stops and starts again, and you are on the pill, you may want to talk to your doctor about switching to a different one.

Other then that, call your doctor if you are worried. That's what they are there for. Don't be embarrassed about it, or think it's weird. Things like this happen all the time to women. The joys of womanhood.

Good luck!!!

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

i would see a doctor if there is any change you could be pregnant. This could be a miscarriage or maybe just a period that has come early. You do get lumps when you have a period as this will be the lining of the womb, but do see a doctor if you are unsure.

It depends wher the bleeding is coming from if it is from your bladder or vaginal bleeding. By the sound of it and the size of the clots the bleeding sounds vaginal. There are many reasons for vaginal bleeding such as thrush, this needs to be checked out with your doctor. If you are experiencing any pain with your bleeding this also needs to be investigated so that you are sure there is nothing to worry about. I hope this answer helps you.

Periods can become irregular if a big change in routine has just occured, have you been on holiday, or been spending time with friends, studies show that a group of women who spend time together have periods in unison.

If this doesn't help, I'm only a daddy, this is possibly a mummy question.

are you sure the bleeding was vaginal? Have you any burning or pain when urinating/itchiness as it could be a urine/kidney infection.
Also, if you are on the pill, it could be mid-cycle 'breakthrough' bleeding (usually a temporary symptom while your body gets used to the pill or could mean the pill isnt the right strength for you). If you are not on the pill, and you are sure its vaginal, maybe you are ovulating? Some women experience pain/bleeding at this time. Always check with your doctor.

You can often relieve the mild pain, swelling and inflammation of hemorrhoids with home treatments. Often these are the only treatments needed https://tr.im/F2Otd

With these treatments, hemorrhoid symptoms often go away within a week. See your doctor if you don't get relief in a week, or sooner if you have severe pain or bleeding.

Are you on any kind of birth control? Well, that might be the problem..........we're you late taking your birthcontrol? Whether its the patch or the pill. Sometimes birthcontrol can cause that. And also if you have been under some kind of stress that happens to. As silly as it may sound.
