The real question is how and in what way are you looking for someone who is influencial? All of these people had a form of influence to millions of people.

Well over 2 million jews murdered, and he influenced the Germans so much, that the Jewish people didn't know what was going on til it was to late..
I know you were probaly thinking of positive influnce, but even though what he did was evil, he still was very influenial.
